I'm a mom. I love being a mom. I had my first 3 kiddos in 3 1/2 years, and one on the way. Motherhood is a constant transition, but having #3 really threw me a bit. You know why? I suddenly realized that I had more kids than hands to hold them. Thus the babywearing. I always wanted a third hand... I used carriers and slings with the first two, but now it's just getting better and better.
I'm from a family of 10 kids, homeschooled and all that jazz. Loved it, hope to do it...It's great. I remember my mom and her friends making slings when I was young. It was natural, normal.. exactly how I expected motherhood to be. Who knew I would have so much fun with it myself someday!
